1. add the following line to your sources list

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-members-kde4/ubuntu intrepid main

2. then find “amarok-kde4” on synaptic manager and install it
3. the upgrade will take care of deleting the old amarok and installing the new one in
