so after i started my master i have been taking classes after classes. so far i’ve accomulated 12 credits so 18 more to go :(. i hope that one day i will make it :). now i am looking forward to my break which is next week 😉 and i can’t wait any more for it :), i finally going to get to rest for couple of weeks.

so today get i get to work i get a news feed message from microsoft saying “Testing tables.” i was like WTF is this. so i open it and look at it… and then i realize that i think that i was supposed to give microsoft some feedback…. NOT!!!

this is all i want to say… F#$%^ blue screen… this is the 4th one this last two weeks so far.
so today i went groceries shopping and i felt like i was back home. i went to a grocery store that it was 2:15 hrs. away from my house and they had all the food that i could buy from home. i went to a place called Fiesta Market in belvidere, illinois. the only difference was that i was surrounded by mexicans 😛 intead of dominicans 😛

no body would believe me this but today i found a treasure. yes, a tresuare i said. well, at least for me. 😉 so’ here is what i found… my VERY FIRST web site that i have ever developed… and in top of that my VERY FIRST program that i’ve ever developed. this site i developed it when i was 15 years old along with my program. this program is gold.
this program is called SSWB (Super Special Web Browser)… guess who came up with the name 😉 and what is does is… BROWSE THE WEB… what do you think it would of done… 🙂 … well, why i’ve developed a browser to navigate the net when in that time we had ie5 or ie6? well, this web browser is the fastest web browser that you could ever use. even faster than mozilla firefox and i am not kidding. but, security wise… mmmnnnn, i really do not know. i didn’t care at that age.

This browser don’t store, links on the address bar.” this program was developed in Visual Basic 6 and it was meant to work with windows 98 and ME, but it is compatible with XP. just tested 😉

so yesterday my girlfriend started to look at my hidden pictures on line and she found a bunch of them back in 1960’s until now. all i want to say is…
do not judge me for the way i was before, it wasn’t my fault that having a fro was cool… i know i’ve change… now i try to be up to date with the changes in style…

so i discover yesterday something pretty neat. 😛 what is what i discover?! this wonderful tool developed by Facebook which it allows me to import my RSS to my notes. so since i have a blog where i post all or at least part of my life, this should go automatically to my facebook notes using RSS. all i had to do was to link my RSS to the facebook application and everything is ready to go.
before of this i was using wordbook which it was a really neat aplpication as well. but now since i have this, i guess there will be no more need of using wordbook any more.
so yes, i got hacked in october 24th. how this happened? well… i had to open couple of ports so my roommate could play a game. these ports lead hackers to get into my lan and use my ip address to download illegal items.
so here is my story in short… i came that day from work and my roommate tell me that there is not internet connection. i was that is ok… i bet that my isp (internet service provider) is making some changes in order to improve performance. so i wait until next day to call and get my internet fix. when i called my isp tell me that i was flagged down. i ask flagged down with what? they told me that my ip was registed by downloading illegal documents online. when i asked the time that this happened, they told me that it happened at 12:15am CST. when i check my firewall i saw that there was some ip addresses that were trying to hack my server and i report those ip addresses to my isp in order to improve this virtual system from hackers.
so after a while i just finish installing untangle server with no problems. i’ll be giving a summary of what happened to me couple of days ago about being hack.
